The Art of Twisted Nail is a line of outdoor plasma cut metal art designed and fabricated in Richardson Texas.  Founded by Tony and Caitlin Schraufnagel, these limited edition hand-finished, works are inspired by native Texas flora, fauna and history.

• Hummingbird: 

  Hummingbirds are bird’s native to the Americas and constituting the biological family Trochilidae. They are the smallest of birds, most species measuring 7.5–13 cm (3–5 in) in length. They are known as hummingbirds because of the humming sound created by their beating wings, which flap at high frequencies audible to humans. This work is rendered in 16 gauge plasma cut steel and features a unique rusted finish.

• Cardinal:

  Cardinals are in the family Cardinalidae, are passerine birds found both in North and South America. They are also known as cardinal-grosbeaks and cardinal-buntings. This work is rendered in 16 gauge plasma cut steel and features a unique rusted finish. Please allow 3-4 weeks for this item to be created for you.

• Woodpecker: 

  At feeders, Red-bellied Woodpeckers or Melanerpes carolinus will push aside most bird species other than Blue Jays. This work is rendered in 16 gauge plasma cut steel and features a unique rusted finish.
